Full time. One-on-one. Every session.
"Family owned and operated by Dr. Andrew Longoria."
This is a full-time physical therapist position at The Complete Athlete Performance Therapy in San Antonio. You would join three Doctors of Physical Therapy in a clinic built on one thing: our clinicians deliver one-on-one sessions built around the patient. No cookie-cutter plans. No crowded clinics. No handing your patient to an aide halfway through so you can chart.
The caseload runs from daily pain to peak performance, because that is the position of the practice. Rehab and performance, not rehab only. If manual therapy, dry needling and return-to-sport work are what you want to get good at, that is what walks through the door here.
It is a family owned and operated clinic, which shows up in ordinary ways: decisions get made in the building, and the person you interview with is the person who owns it.

Growth-minded, on purpose.
"Structured mentorship.
Unlimited
CEUs."
Plenty of clinics say they invest in their therapists and then hand you a budget that runs out in March. Here the mentorship is a structured program, the CEUs are unlimited, and there is a stated path toward clinic ownership and profit shares for the people who want to build something rather than clock in.
Structured Mentorship
Mentorship here is a program, not a promise. You are working alongside Doctors of Physical Therapy, two of whom are Certified Orthopedic Manual Therapists through the Manual Therapy Institute, on real caseloads.
Unlimited CEUs
Unlimited continuing education, plus CEU reimbursement in the benefits. Take the course you actually want to take, in the year you want to take it, and bring it straight back into the building.
A Path Toward Ownership
There is a stated career path here toward clinic ownership and profit shares. If the ceiling of your current job is a slightly better title, this is a different conversation. Ask Andrew what it looks like.
What comes with the job.
Listed exactly as they are, with nothing dressed up. Compensation and the finer details get discussed directly with Andrew, not guessed at on a web page.
Tell us about yourself.
Two ways in. Email your resume to andrew@tcatherapy.com, or send the form and we will follow up. Either one lands with the clinic, not a portal that swallows it.
Tell us where you trained, what you like treating, and what you want to be good at three years from now. If you have questions about the role before you apply, ask them here and we will answer them straight.
Message received.
Thanks for reaching out. We will read your note and get back to you. If you would rather talk sooner, call the clinic and ask for Andrew.
